Shipping

Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. Your delivery can take between 5-7 working days to arrive. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. Homeberrie offers standard shipping everyday within EUROPE UNION borders. The shipping cost varies depending on your location and it is calculated on the checkout page. We will advise you to avoid any disagreements to contact us directly via our phone number or via our e-mail before placing an order, which requires international delivery. We will provide all necessary details concerning availability, estimated shipping time, methods of delivery and applicable costs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 14 days.

Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Homeberrie.com

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within the 14 days we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us. 

RETURN REQUESTS:

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE: Please explain the type of issue which most closely corresponds to the reason for your return.

Please explain in as much detail as possible the problem with the product that you wish to return. Descriptions such as ‘it doesn’t work’ or ‘it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do’ do not clearly outline the issue and will be refused. It is necessary to provide a clear, detailed, and precise description of the way in which the product is faulty in order to proceed with the return.

 

Once the draft is sent, our Support Team will check it. If all the descriptions of the issue/s are in line with our general terms and conditions, you will be notified that your draft has been preapproved. In the case of the Support Team not accepting the description, you will be notified by email so that you can revise it and carry out the necessary.

 

You can either send the merchandise to our address:

You have the option to indicate the exact address where the merchandise will need to be picked up. Please also indicate the number of packages that the carrier will need to pick up.

We will provide you with Labels. Print the labels and attach them to the outside of the packages.

We will then collect the merchandise, free of charge, within 72 hours of receiving confirmation of the pick-up address and the number of packages. Remember to have the merchandise ready for collection by the carrier. If the return is not ready and the carrier has to return a second time, the cost of transport will be deducted from the money refunded for the return.

IMPORTANT:

Remember that we only accept products that have manufacturing faults or delivery errors and which have been reported within the accepted timeframe established in our general terms and conditions. The Support Team will not accept returns for faults caused by misuse of the product or for which we are notified after the accepted deadline. The preapproval of a draft does not necessarily mean the approval of a full refund. The amount to be refunded will be confirmed after the Support Team’s final valuation.
